WELL- BEING
At the Hurlingham Academy we recognise the importance of mental health and well-being and along with our Drop Down Days, we will host activities during the term that will ensure our students are taking steps to improve their mental health and well-being on a regular basis.
We will be sharing resources which will support you. The aims of these resources are to:
- give students some well-being and enrichment input - much of which is off-screen.
- show students the range of (free) enrichment and well-being opportunities and resources which exist out there so that they can build these into their lives on a daily/weekly basis and benefit from them.
