What is Parent Pay?

• Parent Pay is the only site used by The Hurlingham Academy for accepting transactions for student purchases.
• These purchases mainly cover funding school lunches, school trips, enrichment activities, revision guides & locker keys.
• Please note, there is no Parent Pay app & all payments are taken through the website. For this reason, the school cannot accept responsibility for funds lost due to incorrect payment procedures.

Activating My Account?

• Upon joining The Hurlingham Academy, you will be provided an activation code to sign in to Parent Pay for the first time.
• This will be shared with you via email ahead of your child's start date at the Hurlingham Academy.
• Once the activiation code has been used, Parent Pay will request you create a passcode for your account moving forward.

Having Issues?

• Please contact jkovachka@thehurlinghamacademy.org.uk if you wish to add new payees into your child's account or if you need the account activation code reshared.
• Please use the parent support button on the Parent Pay site or contact parent-support@parentpay.com if you have any further issues such as password resets, refund requests or payment support.
